Casey is expanding our horizons.....

Casey came over for dinner today and she shared a youtube vignette with us that she first saw in her American Heritage class. See if you think it is as funny as I did. We really all should appreciate technology a lot more!

A BYU game even my bleeding blue dad would not have loved!

Kevin insisted we all go to BYU's first home game. We were all ready to have a great time. One little problem... the game.

Here are some highlights of the lowlights:

The Good- spending time with the family

The bad- watching the game was pretty painful.

The ugly- Our seats were right next to a huge section of Florida State fans- boy, they can be annoying. Unfortunately, BYU never did anything to shut them up:(
I will say that I was impressed that so many Florida State fans would come so far to support their team! But, that chant they do is agonizing to listen to over and over and over and over and over!

This is a game that even my dad would have not watched again.

There's always next time, right?!

A BYU game my dad would have loved!!

So if you were wondering how I could post Labor Day camping pictures before it is really even Labor Day, the answer is we came back to watch the BYU- Oklahoma game. WOO HOO! Here is Kevin with two fellow fans cheering the Cougars on! I wonder if they get to watch these games from heaven because my dad was BYU's most loyal fan and he would have loved this game. He would even have me record BYU's games and send them to him when he and Mom were on their mission in Nauvoo.

YAY for BYU!!!
